Professor of Mathematics at La Sierra University.

Educated at Andrews University and University of Iowa. Research in knot theory, the topology of 3-manifolds, algebraic topology.

Current Interests

I am sponsor of the Math & Computing Club.

Pictures from Bletchley Park in England taken during a Chuatauqua Short Course during the summer of 2006. This is the site where the British decrypted German secret codes during WWII.

President of the Southern California Chapter of Helderberg College Alumni Society. We have meetings twice annually, usually on the first weekends of April and October. If you'd like to join us, send me an e-mail.

Recreation: Bouldering, especially in Joshua Tree National Park. Four wheeling. Body surfing.

Stamp collecting, specializing in U.S. and Africa south of the Sahara; and recently, Pitcairn Islands and Plate Number Coils (PNC's). I'm a member of the American Philatelic Society and the Riverside Stamp Club.
